 Downline Building Delays *System Updates/Enhancements and Time-Frames*

Hello Members,
 
This is a mass member mailing to inform you of up-coming changes
or system is undergoing. These changes are necessary upgrades that
are needed to keep up with our rapidly growing team.
 
New and old members alike, there is no need to be alarmed, these changes
will allow for the system to be better and allow for faster downline building
times, a smoother enrollment process, without a waiting period,  and
less confusion. 
 
The changes are being implemented to help each of you attain the success we
so earnestly desire for you to achieve. Your success is vital and a priority
to us! The upcoming changes are outlined below. Please Read full
so you can know what to expect in the upcoming weeks.
 
 
Phase 1:
 
Due to our rapid growth we are in the process of upgrading
our lead provider and campaigns. Our previous provider
was not equipped to handle the surge of new membership
we had coming in at one time for January and February.
They under-delivered and thus an impact was felt by our
newes members resulting in slow team building times.
 
We have a back-up pool of pre-enroll leads and have been
using those with little success as they are not converting to
paid members as we would want them to for our members.
 
When new members join, we gather the pre-enrollees from this pool, and send
them the sign-up instructions for getting signed up to get the pre-enrollees
we assign from this pool.
 
The response has been poor and minimal. To circumvent this,
we have had to cancel our contract with our previous
lead provider Mid -February and search for a better and more
reliable lead solution that can handle our rapid growth.
 
We have since found a commercial marketing firm, that
has a guarantee of producing a consistent and vast number of
pre-qualified prospects to our system/members.
 
The turn-around time to implement is a few weeks to research
competition/marketing analysis, etc. to develop, finalize and
implement our new lead campaign/solution.
 
We are very confident in our new lead solution and its ability to be
able to deliver and produce for our rapidly growing team. Our selected
marketing firm operates campaigns for HP, verizon, and other large
commercial establishments in various industries as well as the work
from home industry.
 
This implementation is costing thousands to setup and maintain.
To get quality and professionalism and consistency we are willing
to fit the bill to get this rolled out for our new members initially.
This new lead solution, will be rolled out to our members (you)
in the form of a co-op that once completed by our marketing firm,
each and every member will have the opportunity to purchase
a share in for $18 one-time or the option to purchase as a monthly
subscription.
 
Phase 2:
 
Our copywriting team is updating the copy to the website.
Currently because of our recent growth our team building and
our unexpected previous under-delivering lead source, we
have retained a professional copywriting service to update
the copy to offer specifics and expectations so new
members will know what to expect and have realistic
income expectations.
 
The copywrite project will increase the sales and conversion
ratios that our system currently has, as well as offer an
awesome, realistic as well as attentioning grabbing copy
that offers facts, no hype, and will allow prospect know
the potentia of the system they are being presented
when visiting the web page.
 
The copywriting team is also creating a
auto-responder series that will follow up with all
prospects that request more information for the
weeks to come which will result in more sales for
you (our members).
 
The esitimated completion date of this project
is early April, 2009.
 
Phase 3:
 
New suggestions and recommendations from members,
support staff, and copywrite team, that will be implemented.
 
  • We will be incorporating a live chat support feature, to offer quicker/live response times of support inquiries.
  • There will be no wait time for prospects that are sent to your site. They will have an "order now" button that will take them right to the order page of your GBG site with instructions on what to do and who to contact if they run into any problems.
  • There will be no second opt-in form that is currently causing confusion of new prospect thinking they have signed up,  when they haven't (resulting in a possible loss sale). They will have the option to register and get plugged into the system 1st visit. If they do not get signed up on 1st visit. The auto-responder series that our copywriting team is in the process of development will follow-up with them to allow for a potential sale in the near future from the series.
  • There will be an immediate option for all new members to purchase a share in the co-op that our new lead solution provider is in the process of implementing in their sign-up process. No longer will their be a waiting period to wait for instructions. Offering faster and consistent enrollment and downline building time-frames. 
  • There will no longer be a need for a new prospect to email support before they get sent further instructions for signing up. They will be able to get plugged in all in one shot with the new system.
  • There will be a sales conversion trigger or the new information page that is proven to convert more prospects to sales within the 1st couple of minutes of being on the more details page. The result to our members faster downlines being built and more sales in a faster time frame.
 
 
Phase 4:
 
New Design. Once the new copy has been created, we will then have
our designer produce a more attractive eye-capturing web page that
will also increase the sale conversion ratio for you (our members).
 
The approximate date and completion of the implementation
of these phases are 4/29/09 with a Go-live date of 5/1/09.
 
 
We appreciate your patience, understanding and your partnership
as we work to make this program the most viral and explosive system
that hit the internet that will help many people achieve financial
freedom and long-term residual income. Please hang in there
and know that these changes will be a huge benefit
for you and will make our system run like a well-oiled team
building machine.

There is no way we can respond to each and every members inquiry
concerning this matter as we are pulling over-time and manning
all staff to help make the new implementation a success and
to do what is necessary to fill downlines while our new lead
solution is being implemented. Please be mindful of this and
hold any questions that you may have until further updates are
provided.
