*Very Important* System Updates

Hello Team,

This notification is to provide you with the latest developments

concerning our system.

We want to thank you all for being patient as we work

through the kinks and unforeseen occurrences.

 

We have organized the following updates by section title.

Please read this full notice and do not skip over any

sections to make sure you do not miss out on any

pertinent upcoming changes or current system status.

 

Getresponse:
Getresponse has recently upgraded and enhanced their

website. New look, feel, features etc.

 

A part of their upgrade effects all of our members that

utilize their f-r-e-e-accounts.

 

With the new upgrade that was pushed through over the

weekend, all f-r-e-e-getresponse accounts are limited

to only 10 subscribers before they are required to upgrade

to continue to use their services.

 

As a work-around, anyone that has a f-r-e-e-getresponse

account can utilize our main ecs getresponse campaign

so that your websites can function and you will not

be limited to the number of leads you can and/or will

receive. 

 

Those of you that have a f-r-e-e-getresponse account

do the following to update your ecs accounts to point back

to the main ecs campaign.

 

1. Go to http://www.endlesscustomersupply.com/update

and login with your ecs username and the password you chose

when initially registering for your ecs account. If you do not remember

your password, please use the "forgot password" option provided.

 

2. Once logged into your ecs account, find the "Getresponse" field

and replace what's there with the following text (no spaces - exactly

as it is shown below):

3.  Click the save details button to save your changes.

 

4. Lastly opt-in to your site to test it to make sure everything

is functioning properly.

July 7, 2009 DEADLINE

 

We have members that have contacted us requesting

an alternate payment method or those who have not yet

updated their accounts to a pro/paid status either because

they are not receiving the member notifications or have not

had a chance to upgrade.

 

Due to technical difficulties with the original payment processor

we were using to accept alternate payment methods (2chckout)

We are offering an extension until the end of July 2009.

 

We have since retained Safepay Solutions as our alternate

payment processor.  For those of you who sent request to

support asking for "Alternate Payment Methods", please

Lead Notifications

 

 

Currently the endlesscustomersupply back-office that can

be reached by going to:

http://www.endlesscustomersupply.com/update is not being

used to store leads. Because we are using an external

auto-responder (Getresponse) to provide follow-up to

our prospects using our follow-up email series, all leads

are being delivered to getresponse accounts.

 

The leads can be viewed by logging into your getresponse

account, selecting contacts and selecting the proper campaign

and your opt-ins will be listed that way.

 

However, in lieu of the new changes, unless you have a paid

account (which is optional and not required), you will be

using the endlesscustomersupply getresponse account and

all leads will be delivered to that campaign.

 

We have opened up the option for those that will be

using the endlesscustomersupply getresponse campaign,

to contact us and request a report of their recent opt-ins.

We will do this in 2 week intervals, upon request.

 

So to reiterate, if you are using the endlesscustomersupply

getresponse account (meaning you will not see leads

or receive lead notifications), you can send an email

to support (Support@endlesscustomersupply.com) and

request a report of your recent opt-ins. This will only be

in 2 week intervals.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Since Getresponse has rolled out

their new system, a lot of their features do not

work (such as preloading campaigns, updating

links in emails, and doing searches on "contacts" (opt-ins)

using advanced options (this currently prevents

our ability to upload/create any new getresponse

accounts and prevents our ability to search

a member's opt-ins by their username). We have notified

Getresponse of the problems we have run into and they

have opened a ticket with the server administrators.

They informed us that they will contact us when they

get matters resolved. So in the meantime, if you are

using the "endlesscustomersupply" getresponse account

you should be fine.

 

NEW Features:

 

As mentioned in previous updates, we will be adding capture

pages and 2 new websites that you will have to choose from.

We will be adding live video actors, we are in the process of

having a video finalized, and the banners as well as our new postcard

marketing system finalized.

 

We expect to have at minimum the new websites, capture pages,

and marketing materials (banners, etc.) completed by the middle

of this month.  Our designer has been paid and we are on schedule

for completion in a few weeks.

 

MAIN Co-op:

 

We want to let members know that there is a co-op running.

You are not paying for or into something that is not "ACTIVE"

and working. We currently are having over 30,000 visitors

delivered to our member sites on a daily basis.

 

Our main co-op that we are diligently working towards having implemented

by our programmers will offer even greater (more targeted results).

The reason the programming is so tricky, is because with the new main

co-op that we are working towards, will not just count a visitor as traffic,

we will only be paying our marketing agency if someone actually (opts in)

fills out the form for more information to get to the page for more detail

which means our co-op funds will be more targeted and offer greater

results, but it takes delicate attention as one mistake could damage the

member database and cause things not to function. So please be patient as we

work towards this goal. We believe it will offer greater and better results than

the existing co-op.

 

COSTS:

 

Currently to maintain our member sites, it takes our webmasters, the support staff,

programmers, designers, marketing agencies as well as the monthly maintenance fees for the

member sites, and all of the above combined, costs thousands of dollars.

 

We have hired the best to offer you some of the leading tools in the industry for your success

and we aren't finished enhancing our sites to make it the best recruiting system to hit the net

period. With our system, you receive a website, an exclusive member's area with proven and

tested marketing resources (that will be updated with more tested resources and materials soon), a

n option to be added to a co-op that is run by marketing professionals to receive traffic and leads,

support, no hosting or domain name fees to pay and more.

 

To help us absorb the cost that goes towards maintaining, enhancing and supporting our sites,

we are charging the flat fee of $20. So for those of you who want to know where you moneys

are going to, it is into those various services listed above that make the system what it is today.
