Website & System Updates

Hello Team,

We hope all are doing well. We want to thank everyone for

their continued partnership and patience as our staff is working

very diligently to have the system updates and enhancements

ready by the end of this month.

NEW ENROLLMENT PROCESS:

Currently, the most recent updates that are being tested is our new

enrollment process. No longer do prospects have to fill out a second

auto-responder form or go through a waiting period thinking they

have signed up (resulting in our members potentially missing out

on sign-ups). The new sign-up process has been streamlined and

the response has been great.

Please Note: The above site is not the new design. It is just a beta

test of the new sign-up process we are trying out. It appears to be

working really well and will be incorporated into our new site look

and design. The new site will have a field to request phone numbers

as well as a built in auto-responder that will automatically follow-up

with the prospects that visit your site.

RESPONSE TO EMAIL REQUEST DELAYS

Also, we are experiencing an overwhelming amount of email request

to our support email. Due to the manpower that is being devoted to

our new site enhancement project, response times will be slower than normal. We

are working to get additional support staff by outsourcing our support to offer Live

web chat help to offer members and non-members alike the opportunity to

receive instant answers to their questions and/or request. Thank you for

your understanding to this matter.

CO-OP RESULTS

The main co-op will be live again shortly. As a reminder, we will be rolling

the members that are currently in the interim co-op over to the main (more

large scale co-op) automatically. Those that have received minimal results

due to their position in the rotator, will be able to achieve a greater result

from the main co-op.

DATES

Concerning dates of when everything will be live. It looks like everything

will be finalized by the end of April. The go live date that we are shooting

for is May 8, 2009 the 1st week of May.

Further announcements will be provided as we implement the different

phases and they are made available.
